I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very inviting, and had a nice touch with separate bath and shower areas. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony provided a quiet retreat when the door was shut and the air conditioning was on. However, the hotel would benefit from better organization in terms of seating arrangements at the restaurants and little swimming pool, and it seemed that the staff could use some more help to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
